Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role focuses on managing multiple MS Excel Workbooks in a fast-moving environment to track project financials, resources, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities: - Manage multiple MS Excel Workbooks to track project estimates across multiple software development teams
- Track awarded funding and reconciliation against provided estimates
- Forecast resources to established funding amounts and delivery timelines
- Manage resource onboarding and offboarding
- Track planned software releases, deliverables and timelines
- Track Organizational Surveys, Training Compliance and Timesheet adherence as-needed
Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with SharePoint
Desired skills: - Subject Matter Expertise in Project and Program Financials
