Salesforce Solution Architecht

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead end-to-end multi-cloud architecture across Sales, Service, and CLM. This role will serve as the architectural authority, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and the Salesforce roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and govern scalable Salesforce multi-cloud architecture (Sales, Service, CLM).

• Review and approve functional/technical designs across workstreams.

• Define architecture standards, design patterns, and governance guardrails.

• Lead integration architecture with SAP, Agiloft, Workday, and other enterprise systems.

• Oversee data migration, mapping, cleansing, and API strategies.

• Ensure DevOps alignment (environment strategy, release sequencing, deployment governance).

• Communicate architectural risks and recommendations to leadership and executives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect.

• Strong multi-cloud architecture expertise (Sales, Service, CLM).

• Experience with enterprise integrations (SAP, Workday, Agiloft, APIs, middleware).

• Knowledge of data migration and governance best practices.

• Salesforce certifications required (Sales & Service Cloud preferred).

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with system integrators.

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, technology, or enterprise services industries.

• Comfortable working in Eastern/Central time zones.

• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and participating in RFP evaluations.
