Job Title: Senior Developer Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (OPBCS)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (OPBCS) to lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver scalable and efficient financial planning systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (OPBCS)
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Design and develop:
User interfaces, forms, dashboards, and reports
Member formulas and business rules
Automated jobs and API-based integrations
Manage data processes including:
Loading transactional and metadata
Exporting data to external systems
Develop and maintain system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms
Perform system testing including performance, integration, regression, and reliability testin
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies and system issues
Create and maintain technical documentation, policies, procedures, and training materials
Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementation and support
Expertise in:
Forms, dashboards, reports, and business rules development
Member formulas and Essbase concepts
Data loading and integration processes
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Experience using EPM Automate for data and metadata management
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Integration & Tools
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Integration experience with Oracle Fusion applications, especially HCM
Familiarity with enterprise system architecture and design tools
Experience Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle PBCS/EPBCS
At least 3 years in a lead role
Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) within the last 5 years
Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM within the last 5 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in system documentation, including flowcharts and technical specifications
Education
Bachelor s degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology / Systems
Engineering
Finance
Or related field Equivalent work experience may substitute for formal education
Certifications (Preferred)
Oracle Planning Implementation & Administration Certification
Oracle Integration Cloud Certification
Oracle Fusion / HCM Certifications
