This is a high-impact opportunity to help drive a mission-critical transformation at BECU. You will play a key role in modernizing core financial systems.
This role is essential to the program s success and requires someone who can bring structure, leadership, and foresight to a complex enterprise ERP migration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading similar transformations and can anticipate challenges across systems, integrations, and data flows.
Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:
o Work breakdown and sequencing
o Risk identification and mitigation strategies
o Governance and decision frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

*Required Skills:*
* Experience as a Principal Solutions Engineer/Architect/Lead
* Must have experience LEADING Solution design and technical strategy for the PeopleSoft Oracle Fusion ERP migration
* (Experience with any ERP Migrations is ok but must have experience migrating to Oracle Fusion ERP)
* Define and guide data migration strategies, ensuring integrity, completeness, and reconciliation
* Must have a deep understanding of Enterprise System Integrations, Data Flows and Dependencies. Assess, redesign, and oversee integration patterns and data flows across enterprise systems.
* Analyze and document upstream and downstream system impacts, including integrations and dependencies.
* Must have strong experience with Data Migration Planning and Execution in large-scale Environments
* Must be able to identify upstream/downstream impacts of system changes
* Must have excellent hands-on leadership in planning and executing ERP transformation initiatives.
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Identify potential pitfalls early and recommend practical solutions based on prior experience.
* Experience working in a Microsoft/Azure environment- Azure Data Factory (ADF) or modern cloud-based data integration tools.
* Experience working in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
* Experience modernizing data pipelines from legacy ETL tools to cloud-native solutions.
* Experience in Finance or Regulated Industries.
