Job Description

This is a high‑impact opportunity to lead a mission‑critical ERP transformation, modernizing core financial systems through a PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion ERP migration. The role is essential to program success and requires strong technical leadership, structure, and foresight across complex enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and technical strategy for Oracle Fusion ERP migration
• Provide leadership and execution structure across the ERP transformation
• Define work breakdowns, sequencing, governance, and decision frameworks
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively
• Guide data migration strategy ensuring integrity, completeness, and reconciliation
• Assess and oversee enterprise system integrations, data flows, and dependencies
• Analyze and document upstream and downstream system impacts
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Mentor engineers and analysts to elevate delivery maturity and confidence
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Principal Solutions Lead / Architect / Engineer
• Must have led Oracle Fusion ERP migrations
  (Any ERP migration acceptable, but migration to Oracle Fusion ERP is mandatory)
• Strong experience with:
  • Enterprise system integrations
  • Data flows, dependencies, and impact analysis
  • Large‑scale data migration planning and execution
• Proven hands‑on leadership in enterprise ERP transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify risks early and recommend practical solutions based on experience

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in Microsoft / Azure environments
• Azure Data Factory (ADF) or modern cloud‑native integration tools
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
• Legacy ETL modernization to cloud platforms
• Experience in Finance or regulated industries
