Duration: 1 Year-18 Months
Type of Hire: Contract to Hire
Location: During the contract period, the role can be performed remotely from anywhere within the U.S. However, upon conversion to a full-time position with Client, you must reside and work from one of the following states: Washington (not Washington, DC), Oregon, Idaho, Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, or Arizona. Job Description:
- This is a high-impact opportunity to help drive a mission-critical transformation at BECU. You will play a key role in modernizing core financial systems.
- This role is essential to the program s success and requires someone who can bring structure, leadership, and foresight to a complex enterprise ERP migration. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading similar transformations and can anticipate challenges across systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Bring structure and clarity to project execution, including:
- Work breakdown and sequencing
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Governance and decision frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, business stakeholders, and vendors Mentor and guide engineers and analysts, elevating team capability and delivery maturity. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices

- Clear technical direction and structure established early in the project
- Strong alignment and collaboration across internal teams and contingent staff
- Risks and dependencies proactively identified and managed
- Seamless coordination across systems, integrations, and data flows
