Oracle ERP Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle ERP Solution Architect in Tarrytown, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle ERP Solution Architect to drive the architecture, design, and optimization of enterprise ERP solutions across Record to Report (R2R), Source/Procure to Pay (S2P/P2P), Supply Chain, and Order to Cash (O2C). This role provides hands-on technical leadership and partners closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and system integrators as part of a large-scale ERP modernization initiative.

Responsibilities:
* Lead solution and technical architecture for Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion) across core finance and supply chain domains
* Translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant ERP designs
* Provide hands-on technical leadership across reporting, integrations, extensions, and data migration
* Oversee ERP integrations and boundary systems using OIC, APIs, and file-based interfaces
* Enforce technical standards, conduct design/code reviews, and mentor delivery teams
* Drive automation, process improvement, and adoption of native Oracle Cloud and AI-enabled capabilities
* Ensure solutions comply with SOX, IT GxP, audit, and security requirements
* Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align solutions with enterprise standards and strategy

REQUIREMENTS:
* 15+ years of techno-functional experience with Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion)
* Deep expertise across R2R, S2P/P2P, O2C, and Supply Chain processes
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle reporting, PaaS extensions, integrations, and SQL/PLSQL
* Proven experience leading large ERP implementations or modernization programs
* Experience working in regulated environments preferred
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
