Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's direct dlient has an immediate need for a Senior Workday Integration Developer experienced in Contingent Labor, Workforce management MSP/VMS System and Contingent Worker lifecycle for a 12-15 month contract assignment in Tarrytow, NY.

Summary:
The Workday Integration Product Manager for Contingent Labor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the contingent labor ecosystem, with a strong focus on Workday integrations and the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle. This role partners closely with Procurement, Finance, HR, and IT to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient staff augmentation solutions that meet business and technical delivery needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the contingent labor product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise workforce strategies and business needs
* Coordinate and support Workday integrations related to contingent labor processes, data flows, and reporting
* Act as the primary product owner for contingent labor systems and related tooling.
Contingent Worker Lifecycle Management\Oversee the full contingent worker lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, onboarding, engagement, changes, extensions, and offboarding
* Ensure lifecycle processes are standardized, compliant, and optimized across regions and business units
* MSP VMS Vendor Management systems "contingent worker lifecycle" Beeline Fieldglass Agile-1
* Translate business needs into clear product and system requirements
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the staff augmentation model, including vendor engagement, rate structures, and workforce planning implications
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, transparency, and cost control
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Workday, Oracle, and related systems
* Support compliance, audit, and reporting requirements tied to contingent labor usage and spend
* Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process or system enhancements

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in product management, HR technology, procurement systems, or workforce solutions
* Working knowledge of Workday and enterprise system integrations
* Strong understanding of contingent labor, staff augmentation, or non-employee workforce models
* Proven ability to collaborate across Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT organizations

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting global or multi-region contingent labor programs
* Familiarity with Oracle (G&A or Finance modules)
* Experience working with MSPs, staffing suppliers, or vendor management ecosystems
* Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
