Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an immediate need for 2 Senior Workday Integration Analysts for a remote contract position. One role requires Workday reporting and quantifiable Integration experience as well as subject matter experience in Time & Absence module. The other position requires Workday reporting and quantifiable Integration experience and subject matter experience in Benefits implementation module. Integrations from Workday to other benefit platforms will be a key differentiator

Responsibilities:
* Provide support for Workday HR system with a focus on business processes and application support activities including release management, configuration, security, and optimization
* Design, build, test and deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio and BIRT reporting
* Help resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution
* Coordinate with implementation partners and vendors to ensure the timelines and deadlines are met
* Provide documentation and artifacts required for each phase of the development life cycle
* Develop test cases and peer review code of other developers
* Provide production support and respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner
* Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies
* Train other junior resources to support Workday integrations
* Develop and modify reports to help the business in their metric and analytical needs for decision making
* Evaluate the impact of changes or updates that Workday delivers
* Understand, document and communicate impact of configuration changes to global business processes and system users
* Conduct quality assurance & integration testing to ensure all business requirements have been met
* Assist with project management and tracking; regular meetings with clients/users and engineers, create test plans, project plans, implementation

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8-10 years of HR Information System Management experience; Workday HR system knowledge, process, procedure and best practices
* 8-10 years of experience with Workday Integration types including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio
* 5+ years of global experience implementing and supporting HCM applications; Required areas of expertise Time and Absence and One job requires extensive Benefits integration experience
* 2+ years of experience creating Workday BIRT, custom reports and calculated fields
* 2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors
* 2+ years of experience configuring Workday Integrations, XPATH Xslt Transformations, etc.
* Good understanding of Workday security
* XML File Transformation Knowledge
* iPaaS platform experience a plus; Dell Boomi preferred
* Highly motivated individual with good customer relationship & support skills
* Ability to multi-task easily and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to assist business in determining a tactical approach on the existing application which needs to be enhanced
* Code deployment and coordinating release validation
* Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability
* Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Experience facilitating and tracking testing sessions (SIT, UAT, etc.)
* End to end implementation experience including project management, issue management, communication and change management
* Ability to maintain confidentiality a must

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
