RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's direct client has an immediate need for a Senior Workday Integration Developer/Product Owner (LMS) for a 12-15-month contract assignment that is remote but requires travel to White Plains NY to work on site periodically. This role supports learning solutions for employees and contingent workers across the organization.
Summary:
The Product Owner for the Learning Management System (LMS) is responsible for the implementation and ongoing execution of a new learning platform supporting employees and contingent workers. This role partners closely with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver a modern learner experience, manage data integrations, and ensure successful migration from the current system into the new platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage the implementation of the learning platform, ensuring successful execution across all phases of delivery
* Act as the primary point of contact for IT, HR, and business partners, coordinating requirements and alignment across stakeholders
* Oversee data integrations from Workday into the LMS to ensure accurate and reliable learning data flows
* Lead the data conversion scope, ensuring all existing LMS data from the current system is migrated into the new platform
* Provide weekly LMS data status updates and reporting to the project team
* Support non-validated training content and learning use cases
* Drive and enhance the learner experience (LXP), focusing on usability and engagement
* Create and curate learning module content using AI-enabled tools and approaches.
* Apply a strong understanding of the AI space to improve content creation and learning experiences
* Provide ongoing support to the broader project team throughout implementation and transition
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in Workday data migrations and system-to-system data conversions
* Workday Integrations Developer with Learning Management Systems and Cornerstone LMS
* Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager supporting enterprise platforms
* Strong understanding of LMS and LXP concepts and learner-centered design
* Experience working with HR systems and integrations, including Workday
* Familiarity with data migration and system-to-system data conversions
* Working knowledge of AI technologies, particularly for content creation and learning solutions
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Target Audience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
