Summary

As a Senior Manager, Service Delivery, you will lead transformational initiatives by guiding large, cross-functional teams with clarity, purpose, and strategic vision. You will set ambitious goals, cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and scale leadership capability to support sustained organizational growth. This role requires strong executive communication, the ability to inspire high-impact outcomes, and alignment of talent and delivery capabilities with future business strategy.

Your role in our mission

  • Deliver measurable, high-impact outcomes across complex programs and portfolios

  • Lead and support greenfield solution deployments and/or major platform upgrades


What we're looking for

  • Deep experience in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid provider-focused solutions
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects and managing services operations; PMP and/or ITIL4 certification preferred
  • Strong experience managing software development teams across the full SDLC with excellent written and verbal communication, including executive and client-facing presentations
  • Success operating within complex, matrixed organizational environments
  • Expertise in managing and strengthening executive-level client relationships with exceptional strategic, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Limited travel as required by client and business needs (approximately 0-10%)
  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • New employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
  • Company provided computer for work use.
  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.The use of AI during interviews is prohibited.
  • This position is intended for pipelining. We will accept applications on an ongoing basis.

The pay range for this position is $108,400 - $154,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
