Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP SD configuration across Enterprise Structure, Pricing, Rebates, Order Management, Logistics Execution & Billing
• Design and implement SAP CRM Service Module solutions (Service Orders, Contracts, Billing, Installed Base, Business Partners)
• Prepare Business Blueprints, Functional Specs, Test Scripts & Process Documentation
• Manage integrations across SD with FI, MM, PP, and Logistics Execution
• Configure Sales documents (Inquiry → Quotation → Order → Delivery → Billing → Contracts)
• Work on Output Determination, Copy Control, Text & Tax Determination
• Handle Credit Management (Simple & Automatic checks with routines)
• Drive OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes including ATP, Delivery Scheduling & TOR
• Implement pricing procedures, condition techniques, and account determination
• Support CRM Middleware (IDOCs/BDOCs) between CRM & ERP systems
• Collaborate with technical teams for RICEFW objects and enhancements
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in SAP SD configuration and business processes
Hands-on SAP CRM Service Module expertise
Deep understanding of SD integrations with FI, MM, PP & LE
Experience with Pricing, Rebates, Contracts & Logistics
Knowledge of Output Types, Credit Management & Copy Control
Experience in end-to-end OTC lifecycle
Good-to-Have:
SAP SD Certification
Exposure to Agile methodology
Basic ABAP debugging knowledge
Experience in Warehouse Management, Serial & Batch Management
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
