Interview Process     :           The selection process will include 2 3 rounds, followed by a final facetoface interview with the client. 
Rate :            $60/hr on W2 all-inclusive

 Summary

The Project Manager / Product Manager (Agile) is responsible for driving endtoend delivery of complex initiatives by blending strategic product thinking with disciplined Agile project execution.

This role partners closely with crossfunctional teams engineering, design, business stakeholders, and leadership to define product vision, translate requirements into actionable roadmaps, and ensure timely, highquality delivery.

  Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Overall, 8 - 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or hybrid roles.

Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

Proven ability to manage endtoend product lifecycle and complex technical projects.

Excellent skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.

Good to have experience in fintech, lending, or banking, particularly in credit risk or digital acquisition.
