Summary

Job Description 
We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer with experience in AI-enabled delivery, testing, platform configuration, and ServiceNow technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products while supporting testing, troubleshooting, and quality-focused initiatives in a fast-paced, pilot-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, enhancement, and optimization of AI Agent products, including:
Technical Design Agents
Configuration (Config) Agents
AI Testing and Quality-focused Agents
Support refinement of AI agent logic, prompts, workflows, and behaviors to improve accuracy, usability, and reliability.
Participate in AI-enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality assurance practices.
Perform smoke testing, peer reviews, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for AI-driven solutions and platform configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS regions in an agile and pilot-driven environment.
Assist in documenting technical processes, configurations, testing procedures, and solution enhancements.
Support platform configuration activities and contribute to technical design discussions.
Work closely with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful AI solution delivery.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using AI technologies.
Required Skills
Strong experience in AI Development and AI-enabled delivery practices
Experience with ServiceNow platform and platform configuration concepts
Knowledge of testing methodologies, smoke testing, and quality assurance processes
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Experience performing peer reviews and validating technical deliverables
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across distributed global teams
Familiarity with AI agent development, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization
Understanding of technical design concepts and enterprise application development
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI Cloud Architecture and AI solution development
Experience with AI Testing and Quality Automation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Knowledge of enterprise workflow automation and ServiceNow ecosystem
Experience working in pilot-driven or innovation-focused environments
Experience Required
8–10 years of overall IT experience
Strong experience in AI Development and ServiceNow-related technologies
