About the Role

Trust is foundational to our platform. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for securing our systems, infrastructure, and customer data while enabling rapid innovation and growth.

You will help build security into every layer of the organization—from application architecture to cloud infrastructure and operational processes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security controls across applications, infrastructure, and internal systems.
  • Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, penetration testing, and security reviews.
  • Develop detection, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering teams to build secure-by-default systems and development practices.
  • Drive security architecture decisions for a rapidly scaling platform.
  • Support compliance initiatives and customer security requirements.
  • Respond to security incidents and continuously improve organizational security posture.

 

Requirements

  • Strong experience in application security, infrastructure security, and cloud security.
  • Deep understanding of modern security threats, attack vectors, and defensive strategies.
  • Experience securing distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
  • Strong technical judgment and ability to balance security with product velocity.
  • Hands-on mentality and willingness to solve problems wherever they arise.

 

Preferred

  • Experience securing AI, SaaS, or developer-focused platforms.
  • Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and enterprise security requirements.
  • Experience with incident response, red teaming, or offensive security testing.
