About the Role
Developer experience is a core product. As a Senior Developer Experience Engineer, you will ensure that integrating with our platform is effortless, intuitive, and delightful.
You will serve as the bridge between our engineering team and the developers building the next generation of AI applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, maintain, and expand SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling across multiple languages.
Help customers successfully integrate and deploy our platform.
Debug complex technical issues and partner with customers to resolve them quickly.
Create exceptional technical documentation, tutorials, reference guides, and sample applications.
Gather developer feedback and influence product and API design.
Build educational content, demos, and technical resources that accelerate adoption.
Advocate internally for developer needs and usability improvements.
Requirements:
Exceptional programming, debugging, and systems-thinking skills.
Experience building SDKs, APIs, or developer-facing products.
Strong understanding of software architecture and integration patterns.
Excellent written communication and technical writing abilities.
Passion for helping developers succeed.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable guidance.
Preferred
Experience in developer relations, platform engineering, or technical customer support.
Open-source contributions or experience building developer communities.
Familiarity with AI, ML, and modern application architectures.
