What We're Looking For
 
Required
 
  • 3-5 years of experience managing technical projects, ideally in risk, cybersecurity, or technology
  • Hands-on experience with budgets, forecasts, or vendor spend, and strong Excel skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to apply them to everyday work, such as drafting, analysis, reporting, and workflow automation
  • Enough technical understanding to ask good questions and spot risk, even if you are not an engineer
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-ready summaries
  • Experience working across functions without formal authority
  • High attention to detail and comfort juggling many concurrent priorities
Preferred
 
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated environment
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or risk programs (e.g., application security, identity, vendor risk, SOC operations)
  • Experience with procurement and contract processes, such as POs, renewals, and invoice approval
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar tools, and with dashboards and reporting
  • PMP or similar certification; exposure to FP&A or finance
  • Experience building or configuring AI-assisted workflows or automations
