AI Engineer (Anthropic Claude) - Python

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Anthropic Claude, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python development, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Claude APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI applications leveraging Anthropic Claude models.
• Build and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs.
• Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases and embeddings.
• Create and optimize prompts for Claude to improve accuracy and user experience.
• Integrate Claude APIs with enterprise applications and workflows.
• Fine-tune AI solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers.
• Monitor AI model performance and implement improvements.
• Develop automated testing and evaluation frameworks for LLM applications.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance and security standards.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Anthropic Claude API and Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS).
• Experience with REST APIs, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of RAG architectures and embedding models.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM platforms.
• Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
