Location: Hybrid Role 2 days a week Racine WI

Description:

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor s Degree in any field (Technology or MIS would be preferred)

TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. 5+ years of Project Management in Agile Scrum Environment
2. 3+ years of experience with reporting and data analytics
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate cross functionally
4. 3+ years of experience managing other workers
5. Excellent Communication Skills

TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:
Microsoft Office
BI/Visualization Tools (Tableau or Power BI, etc.)
Data Warehousing Applications (Azure, etc.)
JIRA

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:
PMI Certification
Agile Certification
Degrees and certifications in Technology and MIS

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Scrum Master's responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
1. Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of assigned projects.
2. Ensure that all projects and activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
3. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
4. Ensure resource availability and proper delegation of tasks.
5. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
6. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
7. Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
8. Report and escalate to management as needed.
9. Manage the relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
10. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
12. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
13. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
14. Ensure compliance with industry standard and best practice for Agile methodology.
15. Coach project team members (as needed) with industry standard and best practices for Agile methodology.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned.
