Summary

The following requirement is open with our client.

Title : IVR Tester

Location : Detroit, MI / Remote

Pay rate : 65$ - 70$/hr on C2C

Duration : 12+ Months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Descriptions:

· Develop, maintain, and execute CYRA automated test scripts.

· Build automated suites for regression, smoke, and functional testing.

· Validate IVR behavior, call routing, prompts, error flows, DTMF/ASR/TTS.

· Analyze CYRA reports and troubleshoot failures

· Test CXone Studio/Architect IVR flows, routing strategies, queues & skills.

· Validate call recording triggers across CXone and Genesys Cloud, Identify: Call drops, Latency, IVR delay, Queue buildup, System bottlenecks.

· Load & Performance Testing. Use CYRA or external tools to generate high-volume call simulations.

· Experience in voice load testing using tools like CYRA, Hammer, or custom call generators

· Ability to simulate concurrent calls and track system performance

· Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and reusable scripts

· Perform E2E customer journey testing for voice & digital channels

· IVR platform testing by Cyara and Python/JavaScript for test automation

Must Have Skills

IVR Test Automation Engineer
