Summary

We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant for a short-term contract position. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable working independently and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The contract will run until the end of the year, with no potential for conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage orders for customers, ensuring smooth communication between various internal groups.
  • Utilize strong writing skills to effectively communicate and document processes.
  • Adapt to different computer systems and technologies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with approximately one year of experience is preferred.
  • Background in construction is a plus, but candidates from all industries are welcome.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and ask questions when necessary.

Work Environment

  • Position is full-time, 5 days a week, onsite at Century Park.
  • Working hours are 8 AM - 5 PM.
  • A laptop and external monitor will be provided.
