Summary

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with testing data integration pipelines and visualization platforms.
Experience with the following: Rally and HP ALM for test management, Agile using tools such as Rally or Jira.
Understanding of Informatica ETL process.
Understanding of BI tools such as QlikSense and Power BI.
SQL database experience.
Knowledge of Cloud platforms and services such as Amazon, Heroku, Perfecto Mobile, and SauceLabs is preferred but not required.
Hands-on experience in Data Engineering QA, including testing ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and analytical data products.
Experience with Snowflake, including SQL-based validation of tables, views, stored procedures, data loads, and transformation outputs.
Experience testing DBT models, dependencies, source freshness, schema tests, custom tests, and incremental data processing.
Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, window functions, reconciliation queries, and data profiling.
Experience with Data QA automation and familiarity with AI-enabled testing or data quality solutions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years of software test experience with focus on Informatica, Qlik and Power BI or other BI tools.
Experience with software automation testing methodologies including regression, functional, unit, integration, coverage, performance, and load.
Minimum of 3 years of Data Engineering or Data QA experience working with Snowflake, DBT, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and Medallion architecture.
