As a Data QA Engineer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .
Responsibilities:
10+ years of experience in Data QA, ETL Testing, or Data Validation.
Strong healthcare domain expertise in:
o Claims Data
o Payer Data
o Provider Data
o MRF / Price Transparency Data
Hands-on experience with:
o Data Quality Testing
o Source-to-Target Validation
o Data Reconciliation
o ETL/ELT Testing
o Medallion Architecture Validation
Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and large-scale data reconciliation. Experience validating cloud-based data platforms and Lakehouse environments
Preferred Technical Skills Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture.
Python or PySpark for data validation and automation.
Knowledge of healthcare standards such as ICD-10, CPT, NPI, HL7, or FHIR.
Exposure to Agile delivery and CI/CD practices.

Educational Qualifications: -
Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
