UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced UX Designer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

The UX Designer will partner with product and engineering teams to design experiments, new features and improvements for Spectrum video applications across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku, Xbox, etc. Create UI/UX deliverables and provide guidance/support throughout the client development process.

Duties:
* Work within cross-functional team to understand expectations, priorities and necessary deliverables
* Bring proven knowledge of user-centered design process methods to digital applications from concept to launch
* Integrate UX best practices into solution development
* Design mockups to support product requirements
* Build prototypes for user testing and developer handoff
* Organize files and follow all established design patterns
* Partner with the wider design team to drive cross-platform consistency

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of UI, UX and/or product design experience
* Proficiency in design, prototyping and handoff tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, etc.)
* Experience building and/or using symbol/component libraries a plus
* Experience with mobile, web and 10ft. video products a big plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
