You will design the UEFI BIOS firmware architecture, collaborate with ODM to develop BIOS, and ensure its robustness against security threats. BS/MS in EE/CE/CS, or equivalent industry experience. \n6+ yrs as a UEFI BIOS or Firmware Engineer with UEFI BIOS experience\nStrong C/C++ programming skills, including scripting in Bash and Python, are essential. \nGain an understanding of the AMI Aptio V and EDK2 development, as well as industry-standard specifications like ACPI, IPMI, PCIe, SMBIOS, and UEFI.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.\nExpertise in server platform interfaces, including PCIe, I2C/I3C, SPI, PMBus, UART, GPIO, PECI/APML, and Ethernet controllers.\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills across HW/FW/SW boundaries, with effective collaboration with vendor and hardware teams.\nUnderstanding the system security features, including secure/verified boot, firmware signing, TPM/ROT, SPDM, vulnerability management, and hardening at scale.\nCollaborate with BMC and work on platform enablement. Familiarity with RAS concepts (fault management, telemetry, recovery).\nAbility to anticipate, identify, and resolve technical and schedule challenges proactively.
