Summary

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.

Design, implement, customize, and maintain ITSM, HRSD, SPO modules, and scoped applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations and offer recommendations for improvement.
Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
Possess 10 12 years of experience in the administration, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow across areas such as ITSM (including HRSD and SPO), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and scoped application solutions.
Have experience in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations.
Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

10 to 12 years experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of ITSM (HRSD, SPO), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL
