This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional specializing in Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 within a hybrid environment. You will play a key role in cloud migrations, messaging systems, and enterprise identity services while supporting secure and scalable operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Administer and support Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage hybrid Exchange (on-prem + Exchange Online) and messaging systems
- Support and execute cloud migrations to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune, etc.)
- Maintain and optimize M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Configure and manage Group Policy (GPO) and core identity services
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and modern scripting tools
- Manage Azure resources and access controls
- Provide Tier III support for complex infrastructure and messaging issues
- Partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and best practices
- Document systems, processes, and configurations
qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), and Microsoft 365
- Strong experience with Exchange (on-prem and Exchange Online / hybrid)
- Hands-on experience with Azure and hybrid cloud environments
- Experience supporting or leading M365 / cloud migration projects
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Experience with Group Policy (GPO), DNS, and identity services
- Knowledge of authentication and security (SSO, MFA, OAuth)
- Experience with Windows Server (2012-2022)
- Strong troubleshooting skills supporting enterprise environments
Preferred:
- Experience with Intune and endpoint/device management
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Familiarity with IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk)
- Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365)
