Description
We are looking for a talented Marketing Assistant to support a variety of marketing initiatives, including campaigns, social media, and event coordination. This is a long-term contract position based in New Jersey, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in marketing activities, creativity in graphic design, and a proactive approach to delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of email and direct marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.
Coordinate and manage event logistics, ensuring successful promotion and execution.
Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
Contribute to rebranding projects by assisting with design updates and content creation.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials for various marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing insights for improvement.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts and brand visibility.
Stay up to date with current marketing trends and technologies to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
Proficiency in managing email campaigns and direct marketing initiatives.
Experience in event planning and handling logistics.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for engagement.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Ability to contribute creatively to rebranding projects and marketing strategies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus
