Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Informatica Integration)

Location: 100% Remote (EST Hours)
Duration: 5-Month Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Informatica integrations to support an enterprise-wide CRM transformation project. This role requires a highly analytical professional who can bridge business needs with technical solutions, particularly across Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and data integration platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience gathering and documenting requirements for Informatica-based integrations, working within Azure DevOps (ADO), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, developers, and QA.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to gather and define requirements
Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
Write detailed requirements for Informatica integrations and data flows
Create process maps, ERDs, and data flow diagrams to support system design
Manage and document requirements using Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog creation and acceptance criteria
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and design discussions
Collaborate with Salesforce teams to support Sales & Service Cloud implementations
Assist with integration and Lakehouse components of the CRM platform
Support UAT and functional testing, ensuring gaps are identified and resolved
Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment across deliverables

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Hands-on experience writing requirements for Informatica or ETL integrations
Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for user stories and acceptance criteria
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
Strong experience with process mapping (BPMN/UML), ERDs, and data flow documentation
Proven ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with enterprise CRM transformation projects
Exposure to data platforms or Lakehouse architecture
Salesforce managed packages experience
BA certifications (CCBA or equivalent)
Experience in industries like healthcare, finance, manufacturing, or eCommerce
