Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior CRM Business Analyst (Consultant) for a contract position that is remote.
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior CRM Business Analyst to support an enterprise-wide, centralized CRM initiative currently in the discovery and early implementation phase. This role is highly visible and requires frequent interaction with executive-level stakeholders in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
While strong CRM functional and technical analysis skills are required, executive-level communication, presentation skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms are critical to success in this role.
As a Senior CRM Business Analyst, you will go beyond traditional requirements gathering. You will help define future-state processes, challenge assumptions, and guide stakeholders from current-state inefficiencies to optimized solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will influence without authority and operate confidently at the intersection of business strategy and technical delivery. This role requires a strong balance of business storytelling and technical fluency, with a focus on clarity, alignment, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
Discovery & Process Design:
* Lead current-state and future-state interviews with business and executive stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops to document -As-Is- processes and design optimized -To-Be- workflows
* Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
* Perform root-cause analysis to ensure solutions address true business needs
Requirements & Stakeholder Alignment:
Translate business objectives into clear, actionable artifacts, including:
* Business requirements
* Functional workflows
* Process and data models
* Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
* Maintain traceability between business goals, requirements, and delivered solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in complex, enterprise environments
* Strong CRM functional and technical analysis experience
* Experience supporting enterprise-scale CRM implementations
* Executive-level communication and presentation skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Ability to clearly articulate requirements, insights, and recommendations
* Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business language
* Experience supporting discovery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
CRM & Solution Enablement:
* Support enterprise CRM implementations (Salesforce or comparable platforms)
* Partner with technical teams to align solutions to documented business needs
* Participate in fit-gap analysis to maximize platform capabilities
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business outcomes
Executive Communication:
* Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, readouts, and recommendations
* Translate technical topics into clear, business-focused messaging
* Serve as a liaison between business leadership, program teams, and technical partners
* Communication effectiveness is prioritized alongside technical expertise; A strong balance of both is required
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
* Background in consultative or client-facing roles
* Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
* Experience working with senior leadership in high-visibility initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
