Senior Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their growing analytics team supporting critical operational and clinical decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare data, analytics, and business strategy, with a strong emphasis on translating complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with clear long-term potential for conversion to a full-time role.

Duties:
* Senior Analyst will partner closely with business and operational leaders to analyze and interpret healthcare data across the organization
* Design and develop analytics solutions that support network integration, infrastructure planning, and physician network alignment
* Analyze patient flow and capacity planning, including: Evaluating whether the organization has the appropriate number of beds; Tracking patients across the full consumer journey to identify delays or bottlenecks (e.g., transitions to the OR)
* Investigate referral conversion performances

REQUIREMENTS:
* A seasoned analyst with deep SQL expertise and hands-on healthcare data experience
* While candidates with a data science background will be considered, the client's strong preference is for a Senior Analyst with practical, business-focused analytics experience
* Understands not only how data is structured and governed, but how it directly impacts operational performance, patient flow, and provider network alignment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
