Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking an Analyst.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track internal communications KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and reach
* Analyze and integrate data from Snowflake, Workday, and internal communication platforms to generate meaningful insights
* Validate and reconcile data by comparing outputs across dashboards and source systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
* Partner with cross-functional teams (Communications, HR, IT, Analytics) to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and success metrics
* Contribute to the Heartbeat analytics initiative, supporting the tracking and measurement of communication effectiveness and employee engagement
* Perform detailed SQL and Excel-based analysis, including segmentation, trend analysis, and data quality checks
* Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities within communication data and present findings in a clear, compelling way
* Support ongoing enhancements to reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical methodologies

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI
* Strong data analysis skills using SQL (querying, joins, aggregations)
* Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
* Experience working with enterprise data sources such as Snowflake and Workday
* Ability to validate, reconcile, and QA data across multiple systems
* Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations
* Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to define metrics and reporting needs
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
