Summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Business Analyst & AI Catalyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Sports/Entertainment clients in Orlando/FL .

Responsibilities :
Role Overview
The firm is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Business Analyst & AI Catalyst Consultant. This is a specialized role designed to bridge the gap between human business workflows and the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence.
Your primary mission will be to partner with various departments-ranging from Finance and Corporate Communications to Legal and specialized Tennis Operations teams-to identify manual or complex processes that can be optimized using AI. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of "Gems " (custom Google Gemini instances), from initial discovery and sizing to the technical configuration and deployment of the solution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Discovery & Workflow Analysis
Stakeholder Interviews: Conduct deep-dive interviews with business partners to understand their daily operations, pain points, and strategic goals.
Workflow Mapping: Deconstruct complex business processes (e.g., Go-to-Market strategies, legal document review, financial reporting cycles) to identify automation or augmentation opportunities.
Domain Acclimation: Rapidly learn the specific nuances of firm-specific groups, ensuring AI solutions are tailored to the unique context of professional sports and community tennis.
2. AI Sizing & Strategic Assessment
Feasibility Analysis: Act as the primary gatekeeper to determine the appropriate AI tier.
Is it a Gem? (Optimizing for Gemini's native capabilities via prompt engineering and custom instructions).
Is it a "Real " AI Solution? (Identifying when a project requires full-scale software development, API integrations, or bespoke machine learning models). Hand off development opportunities to the Digital Development Team.
Resource Allocation: Provide estimates on time-to-value and the potential ROI for proposed Gem AI enhancements.
3. Development & Implementation
Gem Engineering: Serve as the lead developer for custom Google Gems. This includes writing complex system instructions, configuring knowledge bases, and fine-tuning the AI's persona and output style. Develop user manual to facilitate the use of developed Gems.
Google Stack Expert: Maintain deep expertise in the Google AI ecosystem, specifically Gemini 3.x/Flash and the broader Google Workspace integration.
Iterative Testing: Work directly with business units to test, refine, and "level up " Gems based on real-world feedback.
Post Development: Document post deployment user experience capturing success rate and savings (time/financial) realized by team due to the Gem's implementation.
4. Communication & Change Management
AI Evangelism: Clearly articulate the benefits and limitations of AI to non-technical stakeholders.
Training: Develop simple guides or walkthroughs for business partners to ensure they are utilizing their custom Gems effectively.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Minimum Requirement: An Associate's Degree (Two-year degree) in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or as a Project Coordinator in a technical environment.
AI Proficiency: Proven "working knowledge " of Generative AI. You should be able to demonstrate an understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they differ from traditional software.
Technical Skills:
Google AI Expert: Mastery of the Google AI technology stack, with a specific focus on Gemini.
Process Documentation: Ability to create clear, concise workflow diagrams and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Prompt Engineering: Expert-level ability to craft and refine AI instructions to achieve specific business outcomes.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional Listening: The ability to hear what a business partner needs, not just what they say.
Clear Speaking: The ability to explain "the how and the why " of AI to everyone from
administrative staff to executive leadership.
Versatility: Comfortable moving between a Finance meeting and a Tennis Operations meeting, adapting your language and approach to the audience.
Why Join the firm?
While tennis knowledge is not a prerequisite, a passion for innovation is. You will be at the forefront of the firm's digital transformation, helping one of the world's most prestigious sports organizations work smarter and faster through the power of Google AI.
