Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Dynatrace Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise monitoring solutions across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. The role focuses on configuring and managing Dynatrace monitoring to ensure system performance, availability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions
Enable end-to-end observability across infrastructure, systems, and applications
Develop dashboards, alerts, and health checks to monitor system health
Monitor Windows/Linux servers, cloud environments, and infrastructure components
Use Dynatrace APM to track application performance and transaction flows
Support synthetic monitoring and real user monitoring
Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities
Work with infrastructure and application teams to resolve performance issues
Improve monitoring standards, alert strategies, and documentation

Required Experience & Skills:

5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure support, or monitoring roles
5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools
Experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualized environments (VMware)
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing)
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
Scripting experience using PowerShell or Bash
Experience migrating Dynatrace Managed to Dynatrace SaaS (preferred)
Exposure to Kubernetes or container monitoring (nice to have)
