Key Responsibilities
- Systems engineering including decomposing requirements into modeling of traffic data flow from satellite constellations to ground networks
- Pre-planned or ad-hoc scheduling and satellite services to track missiles
- Analysis of missile tracking data to validate traffic models
- Develop and deploy ground entry points, operations centers, and enterprise test capabilities
Required Qualifications
- with active DoD Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field + 8+ years experience (Master's + 6 years also accepted)
- 8+ years recent experience modeling communication data using satellite constellations and ground networks
- 5+ years Satellite to Ground RF communication protocols, packet prioritization, routing, or traffic modeling
- Experience with space ground communications, Radar/IR systems
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience with tools like CAMEO or MagicDraw
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and/or MATLAB for analysis and modeling
- Agile experience preferred

- Missile tracking systems design and sensor fusion techniques
- Satellite services scheduling for missile tracking
- Cloud technologies in system design/deployment
- Image processing (collection, handling, storage, analysis)
