Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software modules for enterprise product suites
- Analyze and resolve complex software issues from internal and external customers
- Document specifications, designs, features, and application operations
- Enhance system performance and availability through performance engineering
- Ensure adherence to technology standards and compliance requirements
- Innovate processes and contribute new ideas for efficiency improvements
- Mentor developers and communicate technical issues to leadership
- Execute full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) with Agile methodologies
Technical Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 5+ years relevant industry experience
- 5+ years Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, PySpark, MapReduce, Hive, Impala)
- 5+ years JEE frameworks (Spring Boot, Struts, Hibernate)
- 5+ years RDBMS (MS SQL Server preferred, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C/C++, C#, JavaScript
- RESTful APIs and Elasticsearch (modeling, indexing, querying)
- OpenShift/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git
AI & Advanced Technology
- Proven AI implementation in production environments
- Experience with LLM frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms
- AI/ML model integration into software systems
- Prompt engineering and LLM optimization expertise
Core & Test Skills
- Core: Java, React, SQL, PySpark
- Primary: Hadoop ecosystem, JEE/Spring Boot, RDBMS, REST APIs, Elasticsearch, OpenShift/K8s, CI/CD
- Secondary: AI, LLM frameworks, Prompt Engineering
