Key Responsibilities
- Interpret business needs by gathering, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting user and technical requirements for AI/ML solutions
- Facilitate requirements analysis, verification sessions, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business objectives are met through clear specifications
- Monitor project status, mitigate risks, and manage deliverables for timely execution
- Create detailed documentation of business systems, processes, and user needs
- Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions for moderate to high complexity business challenges
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years progressive experience in business analysis
- AI/ML requirements analysis expertise with ability to define clear, testable requirements
- Healthcare insurance domain expertise and strong understanding of operations/regulations
- Hands-on healthcare claims processing, workflows, and data experience
- Proven Agile delivery experience supporting sprint planning, refinement, and UAT
- Exceptional written communication for requirements, user stories, and business rules
- Business analysis, strong written communication skills
