Key Responsibilities
- Interpret business needs by gathering, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting user and technical requirements for AI/ML solutions
- Collaborate on project plans, facilitate requirements analysis, and participate in design reviews to ensure solutions meet business objectives
- Lead user acceptance testing including documentation, verification, and issue resolution
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot problems across systems, software, and processes
- Create detailed documentation of business systems, processes, and requirements
- Monitor project status, mitigate risks, and ensure quality deliverables
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years in business analysis
- AI/ML requirements analysis - define clear, testable requirements for AI/ML solutions
- Healthcare insurance domain expertise - deep understanding of operations and regulations
- Healthcare claims experience - hands-on knowledge of claims processing and workflows
- Agile delivery experience - work in Agile teams supporting sprints and UAT
- Strong written communication - clear documentation of requirements and user stories
