Key Responsibilities
- Interpret business needs by gathering, eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating user and technical requirements
- Collaborate on project plans and facilitate requirements analysis and verification sessions
- Lead user acceptance testing including documentation, verification, and issue resolution
- Identify, document and troubleshoot problems across systems, software and processes
- Create detailed documentation of business systems, processes and user needs
- Monitor project status, mitigate risks and ensure quality, timely deliverables
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years progressive experience in business analysis
- AI/ML requirements analysis - define clear, testable requirements for AI/ML solutions
- Healthcare insurance domain expertise - understanding of operations and regulations
- Healthcare claims experience - knowledge of claims processing, workflows and data
- Agile delivery experience - work in Agile teams supporting sprint planning and UAT
- Strong written communication - clear documentation of requirements and user stories
- Business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience
