Our client is looking for an Salesforce Architect – Health Cloud for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Salesforce Architect – Health Cloud

Location: Mettawa, IL

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 4–5 years as a Technical/Solution Architect.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs (PSP).
  • Experience designing patient enrollment, benefits verification, hub services, case management, copay assistance, and patient engagement solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity), Apex, LWC, and Lightning Flows.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, system integrations, Salesforce security, and data architecture.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Veeva CRM integration, and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7/FHIR) is preferred.
  • Experience with Einstein AI, Next Best Action, Agentforce, and Salesforce DevOps tools is a plus.
  • Strong solution design, stakeholder management, communication, and hands-on technical leadership skills.
