Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Scrum Leader to join our Infrastructure Platform team. This role is in Pittsburgh.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - The Vice President, Scrum Leader will be a member of the Infrastructure Engineering Practice and aligned to the Resilience Lifecyle and Tech Asset Data Group. This role is responsible for enabling successful Agile delivery across assigned PODs by facilitating Agile practices, driving execution against priorities, fostering collaboration, managing dependencies and risks, and supporting the achievement of business and technology outcomes.
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective pod execution and alignment to sprint goals.
- Identify, remove, and escalate impediments impacting team progress, helping the pods stay focused on commitments and delivery outcomes.
- Lead retrospectives, identify lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement actions to strengthen team effectiveness, delivery health, and collaboration
- Coach pod members and stakeholders on Agile principles, team behaviors, accountability, and best practices to support a high-performing team environment.
- Maintain accurate and traceable work management data in JIRA and related tools to support transparency, delivery tracking, and operational governance
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - 5+ years of recent Scrum Lead experience, including experience stepping into an active team environment and driving Agile execution
- Infrastructure or technology background required, with enough familiarity to support infrastructure-focused teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and sprint lifecycle activities
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery activities
- Proficiency with JIRA for tracking, reporting, and sprint management
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve problems independently, seek answers proactively, and navigate ambiguity effectively
- Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to motivate teams, build credibility quickly, and foster strong collaboration across stakeholders
- Strong servant leadership mindset with an emphasis on continuous improvement, accountability, and team success
- Champion an AI-first mindset by identifying opportunities to improve Agile delivery, team efficiency, automation, and decision-making through the effective use of AI tools and capabilities.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
