At a Glance

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Agile Coach and Jira Administrator to join the Central Marketing team. The position will be based in West Hartford, CT or Remote. This role combines the strategic coaching and transformation focus of an Agile Coach with hands-on Jira administration, organizational change leadership, delivery excellence, and team enablement responsibilities. The individual will help teams adopt and mature Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow-based practices while serving as a mentor, trainer, facilitator, and change agent across the organization.

Responsibilities

What Will You Do?
  • Guide teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow-based practices.
  • Launch, coach, and mature Agile teams.
  • Serve as Scrum Master when needed and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach Product Owners, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate organizational change and adoption of new ways of working.
  • Develop and deliver Agile and Jira training programs.
  • Serve as CMKT lead Jira Administrator & Jira expert.
  • Configure and optimize workflows, boards, dashboards, permissions, automations, reporting, and governance standards.
  • Promote the use of metrics and objective measures to improve team performance.
  • Improve predictability, transparency, and delivery outcomes through flow metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops for teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Remove impediments and help teams achieve high performance.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of Agile coaching and/or Agile delivery experience.
  • Hands-on experience as a Product Owner, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Development Team Member.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile principles, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced Jira administration and governance experience.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience implementing Agile techniques across different work cultures and environments.
  • Experience planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Certifications
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent advanced Agile certification
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
  • Atlassian Certified Professional certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

Travel
  • Up to 25% travel, as business needs require.
