Position: AEM Administrator

Location: Plano, TX Onsite

Work Arrangement: Onsite from Day 1

Employment: Contract

Key Requirements

Strong experience administering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, AEM Cloud Service).
Hands-on experience with AEM Author, Publish, Dispatcher, Replication, OSGi, CRX, Sling.
Experience managing Akamai CDN including caching policies, Property Manager, cache invalidation, edge delivery, and performance optimization.
Expertise in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and on-call support.
Experience with AEM upgrades, patching, cloud migration, performance tuning, and security management.
Knowledge of Apache, IIS, Windows/Linux administration, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and automation scripting.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk, Nagios.
Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and operational support skills.
