Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack applications. This role involves building and enhancing Java REST APIs and React-based web applications to support evolving business requirements. The developer will collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions and participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain full-stack applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Build and enhance Java REST APIs and React-based web applications.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Support quality engineering teams by enabling automated and manual testing.
- Partner with infrastructure and platform teams to support production deployments.
- Follow enterprise software development methodologies, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Continuously learn business processes, application frameworks, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- 7+ years of Java experience with strong Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design and development.
- 3+ years of front-end development using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience with microservices architectures and service integration.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing frameworks.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts such as OAuth2, JWT, and API security.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps tools including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and Ansible.
- Understanding of scalable system design principles and event-driven architectures like Kafka.
- Experience with data transformation, extraction, and migration activities, including Oracle performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud-native development on AWS and/or Azure.
- Hands-on knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $63.00 and $68.26 per hour.
