Have P&C Insurance Domain Understanding

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
Transactional system design (high-volume ops workflows).
Workflow/state management (case lifecycle, status transitions).
API integration with policy admin + peripheral systems.
Full-stack development (Java backend + Angular UI).
Event-driven architecture (queues, async processing).
Data modeling for operational dashboards (real-time + batch).
Cloud-native deployment (Azure, AKS, CI/CD)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and build ops dashboard from scratch (UI + backend).
Own integrations with policy admin and external systems.
Define workflows, states, and transaction handling.
Ensure performance, reliability, and real-time visibility.
Drive UI/UX for ops efficiency and usability.
Lead squad, review code/design, enforce standards
