Oracle HCM Configuration Engineer

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Configuration (HR Modules) with Oracle EBS HCM R12

• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Core and Help Desk

• Experience with HCM quarterly patch impact analysis and validation

• Multi-country / multi-region HCM configuration and administration

• Customization expertise including DFF, EFF, reports, concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups

• Experience conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and fit-gap analysis

• Hands-on experience with Journeys and workflow development, implementation, and customization

• End-to-end full lifecycle project experience

• Experience working with Oracle SRs for issue resolution and escalation

• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ORC, Talent, and Compensation modules

• Experience with HCM security provisioning and access issue resolution

• Experience migrating to Redwood pages

• Familiarity with HCM ADP connector
