**Mandatory Skills:**
- Valid Workday Pro certification in both HCM Core Services and Compensation Services.
- End-to-end implementation experience with Workday ERP in Higher Education environments.

**Desirable Skills:**
- Involvement in at least three full-cycle Workday ERP deployments for Higher Education clients.

**Key Duties:**
- Lead the deployment and configuration of Core HR and Compensation modules within Workday for higher education institutions.

**Position Requirements:**
- Deep familiarity with business/workforce management processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical mindset paired with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise software solutions (ERP platforms, analytical tools, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
