Job Title: Oracle Solutions Architect – Business Development Support (US)

Location: USA (Remote)

Role Overview

We are looking for a client-facing Oracle Solutions Architect who will play a key role in supporting business development through solutioning, deal shaping, and strategic client engagement. This is not a pure sales role — the focus is on driving growth through consultative solution leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to shape and win Oracle services opportunities
• Lead discovery discussions with business and IT stakeholders
• Define end-to-end Oracle solution architecture aligned to client objectives
• Own RFP / RFI / proposal solutioning
• Develop effort estimates, delivery models, and SOW inputs
• Articulate business value and transformation roadmap
• Support client presentations, workshops, and executive conversations
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Work with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to execution
• Contribute to GTM offerings, solution accelerators, and thought leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP / SCM / HCM / EBS / Fusion
• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting roles
• Strong experience in Oracle services (SI / consulting environment)
• Proven track record of supporting and influencing deal wins
• Experience with effort estimation and commercial constructs
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to engage with Director / VP / CXO stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US customers
• Oracle Cloud certification
• Exposure to multiple industry verticals
• Experience in digital transformation programs
