Key Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair BAS, HVAC, air handling, chiller, exhaust, and control systems.Install and modify control wiring, panels, sensors, actuators, and related equipment.Support system integrations, upgrades, change controls, and continuous improvement projects.Execute preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, and performance verification activities.Read and interpret wiring diagrams, control drawings, and technical documentation.Coordinate with contractors
