The SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant will design and deploy HR technology solutions, enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements. The consultant will provide expert guidance, lead implementations, and ensure smooth adoption of payroll processes.
📌 Responsibilities
Conduct requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation of Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Troubleshoot payroll functions including wage types, deductions, and payment schedules.
Ensure proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP platform) and SAP Payroll Module.
Manage internal and external ECP integrations.
Provide training and support to ensure smooth transition for clients.
Deliver expert consulting services and guide clients through the implementation process.
